Ponyo

Inspired by one of my favorite movies, Ponyo, I wanted to highlight the beautiful imagery of the movie while still incorporating the movie’s messages about pollution. I decided on a wide canvas to create a split between polluted waters and the magic within the ocean. To further bring this image to life, I added some simplistic movements to bring our attention to the movie title that appears in the center of the illustration.
